BITES Best PhD Thesis Awards 2024-2025

BITES is delighted to invite Applications for BITES Best PhD Thesis Awards – 2024-2025 honouring outstanding researcher’s and faculty members from ECE, CSE, ISE.

The award recognizes all of you who have been honoured your doctorate during the period 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2025 only (both dates inclusive).

Three best PhD thesis from year 2024 and from 2025 will be considered, one each, of the broad categories (ECE, CSE, ISE)

Each award will carry Rs. 25,000/- cash prize and a certificate. Additionally, the concerned research supervisors will receive Rs. 5,000/- cash award and a certificate.

PhD thesis and other supporting documents will be evaluated by an Expert committee appointed by BITES and the decision of the committee is final.

Understand the eligibility criteria:

• Your institution MUST be a registered member of BITES
• Faculty members as well as research scholars, duly certified by their Head of the Institution, from ECE, CSE, ISE, are eligible to apply.
• Faculty members must be on the rolls of an institution in the state of Karnataka as regular faculty members (while pursuing PhD). Research scholars should have registered as a research scholar in an institution / research centre in the state of Karnataka.
• You should have received your Doctorates in the given time frame (i.e., January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2025).
• You must submit the soft copies of your PhD thesis for evaluation along with your doctorate certificate. The hard copies may be requested by the Jury if needed, so you are requested to have them ready.
